Click 'like' on my facebook page to see what I'm currently working on at any given time, as well as keep up to date with all current or future art openings, class offerings, where and when I will be drawing fifteen minute portraits as a street artist, and anything pertaining to my art and work. Additionally, 'liking' a page on facebook is a wonderful and convinient way to show support for the artists, causes, and businesses you love best! Each 'like,' whether on a page or a post helps my work reach a wider audience, many of whom would have never seen my artwork otherwise. Most importantly, however, to know that there are people who love and like to see and support what I'm doing is the most meaningful encouragement to keep working hard at doing what I love, regardless of even the bad days and the artist blocks. To Donate or Become A Modern Day Patron of my Work

If you really love what I'm doing and would like to contribute to the actual creation my work, even pledging as little as $1 per month will help me to buy the supplies and tools integral to creating new works (for example, charcoal, paper, paints, paintbrushes, erasers, and everything else I use to create all the work you see here), submit my work to a call for art from galleries (a usual submission fee ranges between $30 - $50), help to preserve and frame finished pieces to display in galleries and shows, and many, many other necessities which help me continue to create these artworks! Much like kickstarter and other crowdfunding websites which allow individuals to invent, create, and put their ideas in motion with funding entirely comprised small donations from everyone who supports that goal or project, Patreon is a crowdfunding site which allows artists, musicians, and craftspeople of all kind to receive the finances necessary to continue their work through monthly donations of any amount, and with thank you gifts and incentives from the artists themselves which, dependent on one's monthly pledge of support, range anywhere from monthly desktop backgrounds to signed prints, sketches, and even artwork created specifically for you! Every cent pledged helps beyond measure; the more donations I receive, the more time I have to devote to the creation of new works. A dollar means the difference between having to set a piece aside for lack of supplies or being able to continue working without the constant stops and pauses in order to find paying gigs or commissions in order to finance the kind of work that you want to see from me, and the kind of work I want (and even need) to create! Your donations make my artwork possible; thank you for your kind support.

 

To Purchase Original Artwork, Prints, or to Commision a Piece

Until I can fund a shop directly through my website, prints can be purchased through my Etsy shop. If prints of a certain artwork are not listed there, I'm happy to create a new listing for a print of any of works you can view here on my site. My inventory there is  based solely on the works previously requested, so  please, don't be shy; request a new listing by emailing me at sydneympertl@gmail.com.
